The Vital You was founded by Jennifer Hough, initially as the largest Nutrition Practice in Canada, but it quickly grew into a life transformation enterprise. Jennifer is an intuitive, author and speaker, whose mission it is to work with teachers of all types, leaders, parents and children to remember who they are. The Vital You continues to find ways to uplift, empower, and free up those people, businesses, schools & leaders ready to come into a Global time of peace, joy, ease and co-opetition. Current TVY projects and activities are:
• Get Out of Your Own Way™ - a course for Teachers, Leaders, and Parents ready to end self-sabotage, and learn to become the dream they have for themselves. It is about learning to work in harmony with the laws of the Universe such that every moment is filled with the fulfillment, ease, flow and joy that we are all meant to experience.
• Coaching – Jennifer’s 1:1 coaching is life-changing. She brings you into an experience of living in your full unlimited state, in the “miracle zone”, where limits and ego are non-existent. Her coaching practice is for those on the leading edge, who want to go beyond the Law of Attraction and Allowing, to a place where you have simply become who you are and live in the full joy and connection of that experience. Whether your dream is for your health, your abilities as a parent, or your role as an executive, your eyes will be opened.
• The Mission Possible Project – Children are our teachers. This is a movie and web based Global project to wake the world up to what is possible for humanity, through telling the stories of children who are doing what it takes to change their world. Its intent is to connect adults and children from around the world, to “be the change” and become their most expansive joyful selves. This project is in partnership with Matthew Ashdown, Brad Morris (the Junior Attractors ), Nigel Seale and Hailey Clark of The Vital You.

from all over the world (The Dalai Lama, Bijan, Jennifer Hough etc.) to open humanity to
our own potential and limitless power to change, grow, and experience joy.
Jennifer is currently serving in the following projects:
• As a member of the Board of Advisors to HM2U – A Social Corporate Enterprise that created a biomimetic solution to reversing the symptoms
of AIDS. They have done trials in Africa, and have a platform to make this solution
easily accessible to the impoverished in 3rd world countries. Other advisors include the head Physicist at Nasa – Dr. Haesse, co-creator of Global Earth Day – Nigel Seale, creator of the movie “The Time is Now” – Lynne Joy McFarland, The Secret - Rev. Michael Beckwith and co-founder Dr. Harry Foster.
• Co-Creator of Wellness of World Re-languaging Project – A not for profit group of caring individuals, teachers and leaders (other advisors include Mark Dubois and Nigel Seale - co-creators of Global Earth Day, Karen Sugarman & Michael Beckwith – Director & Founder (respectively) of Agape Church, the Junior Attractors and Tahdi Blackstone - Director of IONS, Brad Morris and Matthew Ashdown – The Junior Attractors, John Quigley, Lance Saperstein, and Ryan Bloom – The Manifest-Station.com) who are assembled to teach the world to use the power of our words, and how we can change our language and change the direction and momentum for positive change in the areas of peace, health and environmental well-being. Doom and gloom language only overwhelms and dis-empowers people whereas language based on possibility, and hope inspires action. The group is about teaching people how to use language so that it inspires action and creates momentum toward Heaven on Earth.
