This number refers to the quality of your diet. Please select  a number from 0 to 4. If you are following a holistic eating plan then select  0. If you are regularly eating trans fat, grains and sugars select  4. If you are somewhere between those extremes select  the appropriate number.

This number refers to how much omega-3 fats are in your diet. Please enter a number from 0 to 4. If you are having one teaspoon of cod liver oil or fish oil for every 50 pound of body weight up to 150 pounds then select 0. Please realize that one teaspoon of cod liver or fish oil liquid is about five capsules for most brands. So for the typical 175 pound adult, they would receive a score of 0 if they consumed three teaspoons of fish or cod liver oil per day or took 15 fish or cod liver oil capsules. If you are not consuming any fish or cod liver oil supplements and don't eat any fish select 4. If you are somewhere between those extremes enter the appropriate number.

Other ways to make sure you have a happy winter season:

    * take kelp twice per day
    * get out side for at least 15 minutes /day without sunglasses
    * get a good night sleep
    * make sure your room is dark, including eliminating lit clock radios from your bedside, and 

      definitely no TV's on - it upsets your pineal balance
    * Get the above lights for your home to counter the affects of less sunlight, they make a huge

      difference - put them in the areas you use most, and make sure they are not covered, but in a

      lamp where the light is not blocked
